At Vyvras, we do our best to ensure your order is delivered quickly, securely, and to the correct address. Please read the information below carefully to understand how our delivery process works.

Customer Information

Please ensure your email address and phone number are correct when placing your order.
If your information is incorrect, you may not receive tracking or delivery updates, and your package may be returned to us.

In this case, our unclaimed package policy will apply, and we may not be able to issue a refund.

Processing & Delivery Times

Order processing time: 2 to 4 business days

Estimated delivery time: 4 to 10 business days (after processing)

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.

Origin & Shipping Costs

Orders may be shipped from our US or international warehouses, depending on product availability.

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order ships (check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find it).

You can track your order via our shipment tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.

Important Shipping Notes

Unclaimed Packages:
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a package does not constitute a return. If the item is returned to us because it was not collected, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Incorrect address:
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Once the order is confirmed, we cannot change the address.
Vyvras is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery delays:
Delivery delays do not qualify for a refund outside of our standard return policy.

Damaged or stolen packages

If your order appears damaged upon receipt, or if the tracking indicates it was delivered but you did not receive it:

Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Vyvras is not responsible for packages damaged or stolen during transit.

All return/refund requests are verified using tracking information provided by the carrier. If we cannot confirm the shipment status, your request may be declined.
