Return and Refund Policy

BalanceGuard Elite comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Try it in your everyday routine. If, within 90 days, it does not meet your expectations, contact us to arrange a return and refund. The product may be tried during this period; it does not have to be unused.

How to request a return

Email vyvras.sup@gmail.com with your order number within 90 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending the item back. Our team will provide return instructions and explain the return shipping arrangements.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos or a video. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping when needed.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for processing; your payment provider may take additional time.
