All orders will receive a tracking number via email as soon as they are processed and shipped.

Note: Some orders may experience delays due to carrier transit time.

Cancellations will only be accepted up to 2 hours after placing the order.

After placing your order, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. After processing, the average standard delivery time (domestic or international) is 5 to 7 business days.

Vyvras' number one priority is always customer satisfaction. Due to very high demand and a large daily volume of orders, our average delivery times may vary.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

The delivery times provided are estimates only.

Estimated delivery times do not include possible customs delays.

National or country-specific holidays are not included.

We are not responsible for delivery delays.
