At Vyvras, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be approved and how they are processed.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must meet the applicable refund conditions
  • The item may be inspected before approval
  • Missing items are not eligible for refund unless they were listed as included in the product description
  • Digital products, if applicable, are final sale and non-refundable

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

2. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 7 business days for review after the item arrives
  • 2–4 business days for the refund to be processed after approval

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Defective Items

If your item is defective and the issue is reported within the 30-day warranty period, you may be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund for a defective item, contact us and provide:

  • A photo or video showing the defect

If the defect is confirmed, a full refund may be issued.

If no proof of defect is provided, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Unopened items: 100% refund
  • Opened items (used or unused): 80% refund due to restocking costs

4. Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or because delivery was refused:

  • The original shipping fee may be deducted from the refund
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested instead of a refund

5. Exchanges and Related Fees

If an exchange is approved within 30 days of delivery, an exchange fee of 30% may apply to cover processing and restocking costs.

If the exchange is due to an error on our part, no fee will be charged.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank for further assistance
