Shipping Policy

BalanceGuard Elite orders shipped to United States addresses include free tracked shipping. For other products or destinations, the available shipping options and any charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimate

Delivery to United States addresses is estimated at approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Order processing, carrier delays, holidays and customs may affect delivery times.

Tracking and addresses

We email a tracking number when your order is processed and shipped. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. We do not ship to PO boxes.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or refused delivery, additional shipping charges may apply if you request reshipment.

Cancellations and returns

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.
